Camp Doctor
Volunteer doctors provide direct care
for up to 120 children, dealing with the normal injuries and illnesses which
occur at camp and, during patient sessions, overseeing the medications and
special medical needs of young cancer patients. (1-2 per session)
REQUIREMENTS - Pediatricians, MD's with Pediatric Oncology
or Emergency Care Backgrounds. 2-7 Day Summer Commitment, 3 or 4 Day Weekend

Camp Nurse
Volunteer nurses work with the volunteer doctors to handle
all
medications and medical situations. (3-4 per session)
PREFERENCE - RN's with
Pediatric, Oncology or Emergency Care Backgrounds.
All nursing specialties welcome.
2-7 day Summer Commitment. 3 or 4 Day Weekend Commitment in Spring, Fall and
Winter.

Work Weekends
Three
times a year community groups, camp families, individual volunteers join at camp
to help "spruce up" the facilities in preparation for our campers. Projects can
include painting, raking, cleaning and light construction projects. For
