How do I use a fill-able form?
What is this?
Camp forms can be filled out on your computer, saved to your computer and emailed to the Camp Office.
Download your application form: You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (free program) to download, open, fill out and save Camp forms. CLICK HERE to download Adobe Acrobat Reader FREE.
Fill out on your application form on your computer: After you have downloaded the form to your computer, place your cursor on the field of the form you want to complete. Type in the field requested. Some parts of forms, like signatures, may not allow you to type on them. Signatures will need to be signed at a later time, like at camper drop off locations for camper applications.
Save your application form to your computer: After you have completed all the sections of the form SAVE THE FORM to your computer by clicking teh "SAVE" button on the bottom of the form or from your compuer you can click File> Save a Copy. Please give the saved application form a unique name - example: "2012 summer camp application for Maria"
Email your application form from your computer: Once you have saved the completed form to your computer, open your email program and attached the file that contains the saved form. Completed camper applications can be sent to Salvador Tovar, Camp Registrar at stovar@campronaldmcdonald.org.
If you prefer, you can still download and print a completed or blank application form by clicking "PRINT" at the bottom of the form, complete the form if nessesary and fax or mail to the fax number or address on the top of the form.
